've been thinking today. and you know what? I DECIDED I TRULY, AS IN TRULY, MISS BEING AN ARTISTIC GYMNAST, EVERY ASPECT OF IT. Trampoline truly sucks okay.

and you know what again? I'm scared shit for 20th april. it really hit me hard today. our attitude towards trng is like totally slack as compared to other schools. I need that drive and motivation to stop fooling around so much. Do every routine like I'm competing, and not cheat during conditioning. SERIOUSLY, NOT CHEAT. we cheat so much it should not even be called conditioning. I shall do my 5 sets of 20 v-ups properly and get my abs, my 5 sets of 30 arch-ups and strengthen my back, my 5 sets of 20 push-ups to train my uber weak hand muscles and my 5 sets of 15 straddle jumps to train my fuper ugly straddle and to remind myself to point my toes. And yes push myself down for splits until I'm on the verge of crying.

I must get back my ability to do handstand push-ups, 'cheng' for 30 secs, split on one box, 1.30 min run, 10 laps of full-squats, 20 commando-push-ups at one go, and ROUNDOFF BACKFLIP on my parent's room carpet. which is like totally impossible. but who cares. oh and also, that uneven bars mount and frontwalk-stay, kick and jie to backwalk. :D

AND I SAY ALL THIS, ONLY TO GO BACK ON MY WORD TOMORROW. shit it all.

I SHALL BE HARDWORKING. I'M GONNA COME SUPER EARLY AND TRAIN. what rubbish, eh. the truth is that my mother can only send me earlier in the morning. hahah.
